How do I change my account package?
If you wish to upgrade your package to another shared hosting package, you can do this within your Customer Control Center and follow these steps:
- Click on the 'My Sites' tab on the top navigation
- Click on 'My Packages' on the left hand navigation
- Click on the package you wish to upgrade,
- Select "change the Existing Base package Above to a NEW Base package"
- Click continue.
- If an upgrade is available to the Base Package, it will be shown. Select the package you wish to upgrade to and follow the prompts.
If the package you want to upgrade to is not displayed, please open a support ticket and we'll work with you on the details of the change.
Please note that if you wish to downgrade your package, you need to open a support ticket. Downgrades can cause a loss of data if you are using more resources than the package allows, therefore we have our technicians check those settings before doing a downgrade to avoid losing valuable data.
