How do I request SSH access to my Shared Web Hosting Account?
For security reasons, we disable SSH by default on our shared servers, as most customers do not need it. They can perform most functions required through FTP and/or their cPanel.
To request SSH access, simply open a support ticket. A copy of photo identification may be required before SSH access is granted. Once SSH is enabled for your account, you will be responsible for any access and keeping a secure password. Powered by SmartFAQ |
