Support

Does Web HSP offer 7 x 24 support?
Yes! Web HSP uses an online Support Desk for all support requests, which is monitored 7 x 24. cPanel Shared Hosting Customers can access the support desk through your Customer Control Center and VPS customers can access the support desk at https://support.webhsp.net.

Although we ask customers to open a support ticket so that we (you the customer and ourselves) have good record to track your specific request, we also offer phone support for emergencies and those times it's just much easier to deal with a situation over the phone.

You can find our support and billing phone numbers on the contact page of our website. Most pages of our website has a link to our contact uspage.

What if I need emergency assistance?
Our technicians are available by phone 7 x 24. Your can find our direct and toll free phone numbers on the 'contact page' of our website. A link to our contact page can be found at the top of most of our web pages.

How Can I recover my Support Desk login information?
You can retrieve your password by clicking on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page of the support desk and/or Customer Control Center.

If you do not recall the email you used when signing up, or you need to change the email address and you are unable to login to do so, please email support @ webhsp.com directly. This email will open a support ticket for you.
