After signing up for a reseller hosting account with Web HSP, you will receive the login information for your reseller control panel called WebHost Manager(WHM). WHM allows you to manage and provide your customers with their own control panel (cPanel), which will allow them to manage e-mails, web site files, statistics, domain names, etc. without requiring you to do these tasks. In the event that you run into an issue, we are available 24/7/365 to assist our resellers.
We provide direct support to you, the reseller. You will be responsible for providing support to your customers. Any communication needed about your accounts will go through you. (We do not contact your customers directly.) You are set up with your own Private Name Servers which helps keep us anonymous to your customers.
